Clarity Therapeutics Consulting was founded by Michael J. Gresser, Ph.D., to provide consulting services to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries, and to those interested in founding or investing in companies in these industries.

Services include selection of biochemical targets for therapeutic intervention, molecular modality of choice for candidate therapeutics, and design of research plans for identification of candidate therapeutics for preclinical and clinical development. Research programs are designed to enable determination of both pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamic effects of candidate therapeutics in preclinical and clinical studies, as well as the determination of efficacy in preclinical disease models and in patients.

Our goal is to help clients identify concepts which are worthy of testing in clinical studies, to help design programs to identify candidate molecules to use in testing the concepts, and to help design programs which will result in a conclusive test of the concepts, and in a competitive product if the concept is validated.
